RCX Container Wax is our best-selling rapeseed and coconut blend, created exclusively for Candle Shack. Free from paraffin, soy, palm, beeswax and synthetic additives, it’s a natural choice for container candles with excellent sustainability credentials.

PRODUCT DETAILS

Blended in Europe, RCX Container Wax is made only from rapeseed and coconut oils. It has a melting point of around 40°C and feels firm to the touch. Fragrance loads are usually between 8–12%, with 10% working well for most oils.

We recommend a two-stage cure: 2 days at ambient temperature for initial setting, followed by 7–14 days to achieve the best scent throw. Like many plant-based waxes, RCX can occasionally show small surface cracks if cured at low temperatures, but this is easy to avoid by keeping conditions consistent.
