We build each of the holsters you see on this site. As such, in order to meet the volume of orders we receive our shipping will take place on a rotating schedule every 3 days. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships. All holsters are built to order unless indicated in the listing as a Ready2Ship holster. Built to order holsters have a 5 to 15 day build time which is listed in the listing details. Ready2Ship holsters will ship within 3 business days.

Payment for Ebay sales should be made through Ebay for best service. If paying by Ebay, your order will begin immediately unless there is a restriction on your payment. Most items are built to order and will ship upon their build completion.

We offer exchanges and returns on an individual basis. Please contact us should you need to return something. We do not offer exchanges on holsters that have been used, damaged or custom ordered. No refunds on built to order items.

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers manufacturer defects and product failures for the life of the holster. This guarantee is made against products used for their intended purpose and that have not been abused or misused. This warranty does not apply to acts of carelessness or using the product in a manner for which it was not intended. Please note that Kydex holsters are susceptible to heat failure if exposed to too hot of a muzzle, left in direct sunlight or left in a hot confined area such as a car or other. Proof of payment is required to receive warranty repair or replacement. Please contact us if you require any warranty work.
