Fantastic condition on this BILLY WILLIAMS single signed and inscribed "H.O.F. '87" OML Bud Selig baseball. It has been signed beautifully in blue ink on the sweet spot. It has been authenticated by JSA Authentication and comes with a matching JSA sticker and basic cert card.
