- Most items are dispatched with The Royal Mail postal method, it will take 2-3 business days for an item to be delivered, but in rare cases it can take up to 10 days. (It can take 3-15 days for an international item to be delivered)
- All of our merchandise is stocked at our Bardon warehouse therefore there are no delays in posting! Once the order has been sent we will e-mail you to confirm postage. Please make sure that the e-mail address you have registered with eBay is valid as we may not be able to respond.
- If you do not receive a confirmation of shipment please let us know.
- *Most items which are not received are caused by incomplete addresses such as no door Numbers, street name or incorrect postcodes. Please be more understanding if the item has not been received due to an error caused by incomplete address and co-operate with us to get your problem solved. In order to avoid this please make sure correct address is visible and double-check before placing the order.
Here are the simple steps to requesting a refund:
- All returns must be authorised prior to return, this can be arranged via requesting a return authorisation through the eBay Messaging System. Please do not rely on external email.
- Once authorised return the merchandise within a 30 day time frame from our purchase date. PLEASE NOTE: Any item sent and stamped after the 30-day period has expired will be refused.
- Include the item and all accessories in the original (unused) condition, in which the item was received, and enclose details of your eBay User Id and Item Number.
- Please ensure that the package has a tracking number, should it become mislaid in the post, which can occur from time-to-time.
- All our products listed are in stock and sent directly by our dispatch team which operates out of our warehouse in Bardon.
- Customer service is of high importance on our priorities and we greatly value our reputation on eBay.
- If for any reason there is an error with your purchase or your item is delayed, then please contact our customer service team either by email or telephone so your issue can be dealt with accordingly.
