GORGEOUS southwestern artisan large sterling silver, turquoise and Native American bench bead necklace. This necklace is MUCH more lovely in reality than it appears in my photos. It is 18” long and weighs 86 grams. It features a combination of large and smaller genuine turquoise nugget beads in varying shades of deep greenish-blue to blue-green with deep black to reddish brown matrix with tiny turquoise spacer beads and lovely, large Native American crafted sterling silver corrugated saucer bench beads. This beautiful statement necklace is finished with a wonderful, authentic Kelly Charveaux sterling silver and turquoise toggle clasp that is inlaid with rich blue-green and black matrix turquoise that matches the turquoise beads very well. This clasp is stamped “Scottsdale, AZ, KC 2000”. The largest nugget beads are 24 mm by 17 mm and the smaller nugget beads are approximately 14 mm by 10 mm. The tiny turquoise spacer beads are over 3 mm. This necklace can be worn with the toggle clasp at the back of the neck, or on the side as a focal piece or at front, with a pendant attached, if desired. It does look wonderful with the toggle at front and is quite the statement piece with a large pendant attached to the toggle. Frankly, this necklace is quite versatile and is stunning no matter how it is worn. All of the silver in this necklace, including the bench beads and clasp, has been professionally tested as sterling silver. The turquoise beads and inlay has been verified by a certified gemologist as genuine turquoise.
