This is a wonderful 4" Frozen Charlotte doll from Germany. Her face is beautiful and her dress is really unusual. The skirt of her dress is made from scalloped linen fabric and the bodice is made a beautiful pink satin ribbon that has been wrapped around her bodice. Her slippers are gold and her blue garters are just below her knees. She has black hair and beautifully painted features dark brows, blue eyes, pink cheeks and tiny rosebud lips.
