Up for sale is a lot of three factory sealed copies of the Pokémon Card Game Official Magazine Vol. 5 from 2000. This vintage Japanese Pokémon TCG magazine was released during the Neo era and features the Johto starters (Chikorita, Cyndaquil, and Totodile) on the cover.

This issue is especially desirable because it includes the exclusive Steelix (Haganeil) promo card, which originally came packaged with the magazine.

Because these magazines are still sealed, the promo remains unopened and preserved inside, making them excellent collectibles. The most recent sale of a PSA 10 Steelix Promo was on February 10, 2026 for $1,000.
