Used 5 times.  Had an older type I was using, so I  set this to the side around 6 months.

Worked fine. Plugged it in and had no power.

Lights won't come on.

I just pulled the covers off to look for a Fuze and didn't find one. sold like you see it.  Everything included, even screws.

I will ship with covers off.
