There is a total of 77 VERY WHITE and CLEAN round brilliant cut diamonds. The diamonds weigh approx. .38 carats total weight. 
The ring also has 18 BEAUTIFUL blue sapphire GEMSTONES. The channel set blue sapphires are GENUINE and NATURAL.
The top of the ring measures 12.8 mm wide. The ring weighs 7.2 grams and it’s a size 7. I can have the ring sized up or down a few sizes at no extra cost (FREE).
