Here is a fair and rare relic from Gibson's top shelf

She's a players piece with vibe aplenty!

At 50+ years its in great shape, there are restorations and back and sides refinished to a high standard

Good things about this guitar

∞ This is a nice, rare, all solid wood 1974 Gibson SJ Deluxe

∞ Professionally restored (six years ago) and supplied with a fresh setup made prior to shipping

∞ Plays very well as is, with a medium action around 3.5mm @ 12th (enough adjustment room to get the action to 2.5mm)

∞ Tone is relatively dark as with Gibson from this era, best suited to flatpicking styles

∞ Rather snazzy blue plush lined USA 1970's case included

Things you would want to consider before buying...

∞ There are some natural cosmetic weatherings as pictured, overall appearance very good to excellent for age

∞ Some tight crack repairs to back and sides as pictured, these have been professionally attended to and refinished (with nitro) 

We sold this guitar to a reliable customer around six years ago, they are now asking us to find a new buyer as the guitar doesn't get played and has only seen light use since the sale.

So now its back here for a light setup and over to you....
