2.Wear the splint for 30 minutes to 1hr at the first use,then extending the time gradually. you may need several nights to adapt.

5.Please remove the aluminum bar from top of the splint before washing.
6.Do not machine wash,dry clean use fabric softeners or hand-wash in the room temperature water.
