After spending countless hours in the wind tunnel at the Polytechnic University of Milan, Castelli has tested and optimized this new Body Paint V TT suit to be the fastest for the widest range of conditions.
The real benefits of the suit are felt at speeds above 45 km/h, and the suit is optimized for extreme time trial positions. The fabrics and materials are carefully sourced and placed together to make sure Castelli sees the best results in the wind tunnel and on the road.
Find Your Perfect Size
To choose the correct size for your jersey, measure your chest and waist in cm or inches, as shown in the chart.
- Chest (A): Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape horizontal. Breathe normally—don’t pull too tight.
- Waist (B): Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
- Compare your measurements with the size chart (XS–3XL). If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort, or the smaller for a closer/race fit.
- Tip: Measure over a thin base layer similar to what you’ll wear while riding.
