Vintage McCormick Tea Co. 1930s Burgundy Ceramic Teapot w/ Infuser Baltimore USA

A richly-glazed McCormick Tea Company 1930s teapot in a deep burgundy, complete with its original ceramic infuser basket and lid, was produced in Baltimore Maryland for McCormick’s in-house loose tea line. The form is curvaceous and balanced—broad shoulders, a sculptural spout, and an arched handle that meets a pedestal foot. Inside sits the cream-glazed infuser, perforated throughout to allow loose leaves to bloom and steep.
