The CAP barbell Olympic cast iron weight plate is one of the most essential pieces of training equipment used to perform all types of exercise routines. This 2-in weight plate is made from cast iron and is non-Machined, providing a durable weight plate that has variations within the plate itself. The weight tolerances are not as tight as the machined casting process, but the plate is durable and built to get the job done. Each size features an extra rib built into the plate to provide additional support during handling. The non-Machined center hole accommodates Olympic bars.
