• If you want to add salt to the pot, be sure to wait for the water to boil before adding it. Adding salt to cold water can cause discoloration of the pot, but discoloration does not affect the performance of the pot.
• If the handle is too hot, it is recommended that you use anti-scalding gloves(not included) to avoid being burned.
•  Avoid directly rinsing hot pots with cold water to avoid causing a large amount of water mist that hinders the cleaning of the pots.
• For stubborn stains and accidentally burnt food, the pots can be heated with water for a few minutes before cleaning. If there are white spots on the inner wall of the pot after use, it is due to the starch in water and food adhering to the surface of the pot wall during the heating process. Wipe with a little vinegar or lemon slices to remove them.
