lamp, attributed to the McKee Glass Company, featuring frosted pressed
glass with a subtle pink tone consistent with selenium-decolorized glass of the
period. This charming example displays
classic Depression-era styling with architectural lines and balanced
proportions. The lamp consists of:

fluted glass shade
• Frosted glass column (standard) in three fluted sections separated by double
banding
• Matching pedestal base with scalloped panels and textured top detail
• Tiered art deco period-style finial
• Original Leviton patented socket hardware
• Newly installed vintage-style cloth-covered cord with matching male
attachment plug

Condition
The lamp
is in excellent condition. The base and
glass column are free of chips or cracks.
The shade has two small sliver chips on the rim, minor and not visually
distracting when displayed. The lamp has
been professionally rewired with a period-appropriate cloth-covered cord and
matching attachment plug. The wiring is new and in excellent working condition.
This is a
refined and highly decorative example of early 20th-century American pressed
