This is a retro gold coloured, 'twist' pen that I have had for many years, which writes in blue and was produced in Taiwan. It comes in its original plastic case and red cardboard sleeve and has barely been used since being a thin design it's a little too thin to sit comfortably in fingers. There is no brand name on it but Taiwan is stamped on top of the pen - see pictures, as well as on the case and sleeve and it is in very good condition with just a few light scratches. Inspection available as is local pick up.
