Each figurine represents a different character from the Nativity scene, including Mary, Joseph, baby Jesus, 3 kings, 2 shepherds, village woman, donkey, cow and 2 sheep. The tallest figure is 3.5" (3 1/2"). Figures are made of plastic. The set is in excellent condition, with no chips or scratches.
