Small, pretty and elegant vintage Tissot PR 516 ladies automatic watch with a dark blue dial, luminous hands and with the case and original Tissot strap in excellent condition. Dating from 1973 and with a Tissot 2381 21 jewel movement, it is keeping good time (to within about a minute a day) and holding power well.

Picked this watch up recently as part of a job lot so I don't know its history or age. However the serial number of 15356000 dates it to 1973 and as it is little marked I guess it hasn't been worn that much. The acrylic crystal has very slight crazing (you can just see this in the main photo) but has polished up to be scratch free. The case and strap have been thoroughly cleaned and have very few scratches. The movement is clean and running sweetly but has not been serviced. It has been on the automatic winder for the last couple of weeks and is keeping time to within about a minute a day and is holding power well.

It is a really pretty little vintage watch.
