Inside label says size 50 but I think that’s misleading or something different not to do with size. Or vintage England sizes.

I had my husband try on and he’s a 46 and it’s really tight. Lol

My guess is a medium-large and a 38-40L US. But please look at measurements.

The only other thing is the lining on back bottom need to be restitched or fused to the back onto the tweed. Easily done. See pics
