We ship same day or next business day once payment is received, therefore the fastest way to receive your item is to ensure payment is received as soon as possible. We may offer overnight shipping at our discretion. We ship through FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The shipping method used for your order is at our discretion. If you have a physical street address and a PO Box, please provide both for delivery. Please ensure your shipping address is correct BEFORE checkout, as we may not be able to change the address or cancel the order once it has been completed. Shipping internationally or outside the continental US (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, etc) is NOT free. Please email us for shipping rates. Most small items can be shipped via USPS First Class Int’l for an est. $20.00, but each shipping cost will be calculated individually and added to the customer invoice prior to payment. Combined shipping is available for multiple items; please contact us for a shipping quote.

SALES TAX: All items shipped inside Arkansas will be subjected to a 7.5% sales tax, including shipping and handling. Local pick-up is available at no additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: We welcome all international bidders and ship internationally via the eBay Global Shipping Program. RAW Powersports is NOT responsible for import taxes, charges, and duties which may be due upon arrival to your country. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. We do not mark merchandise under value or as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

RETURNS: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or the equivalent of shipping/fees if that amount exceeds 20%. The item must remain in the same condition it was shipped in, or the return may not be accepted. Shipping and handling expenses are nonrefundable. Returns must be approved before a refund can be issued.
