Most of our small products ship via USPS. Larger items will be shipped UPS or Fedex

Return Policy

When you order from 360 Audio, the order is fulfilled and shipped from our own inventory. Any return is also sent back to 360 Audio's warehouse directly, instead of a third party shipper. We strive to maintain a return policy that is fair and beneficial to our valued customers. If you are having trouble with your item or are not satisfied please contact us through eBay!

The items MUST NOT have been installed to be eligible for return.If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24-48 hours so that we may set up arrangements for return/exchange. No return shipping cost will be incurred in this event.If you wish to return your item, you the buyer will be responsible for return shipping, unless the reason for the return is a result from an error caused by 360 Audio or the product is defective or damaged. The product must be packaged back in its original packaging and in proper shipping condition; and the shipping label attached to the outside of the package. If it is possible and you choose to have the package picked up, it is your responsibility to be available for the shipper. If you fail to do this, you may pass the time frame necessary to return your product and receive a refund.

Note:  360 Audio will not accept returns on products with missing Serial Numbers and UPCs

Partial Refunds: 360 Audio reserves the right to partially refund the customer in situations outlined above. Whenever a product is returned and it is determined there is misuse, damage or neglect, based on the condition in which the product is received, a partial refund will be given instead of the full refund amount. It is our goal to never have to apply this type of additional charge.
