Ty Cobb's True Rookie.
This card has massive investment potential as these are only up a small percentage since the 2020 Boom compared to many similar cards of this caliber doing 6-10x.
Only a select amount of these out there. The common Dietsche Cobb rookie is his "batting" version. Those are a dime a dozen.
This is one of fewer than a dozen copies in this configuration validated across all levels by that company. Hall of Famer, in a widely coveted Rookie Card appearance. This is a fascinating, early career depiction, copyrighted and published in 1907 by A.C. Dietsche of Detroit, Michigan. A stunning central image of the great Cobb (at the tender age of 20 years) on the approximately 3-1/2-by-5-1/2-inch piece is essentially unaffected by this example's moderate and natural degrees of wear at the full-bleed edges. The photo portrayal adorning the collectible retains the largest degree of its original intensity, compromised only slightly by the effects of past handling. The item's reverse side exhibits boldly printed, unmarked postal use indicia. An enticing rarity!
