This item charges with a standard USB-C cable, just like most modern phones.

You need your own charger and USB c cable.

To turn it on or off: Press and hold the Power Button for 2 to 3 seconds.

A quick press while it is on will change the vibration modes.

To change the heat: Press the Heat Button (flame icon) to cycle through the 5 heat levels. Keep pressing to turn the heat off.

To change the massage: Press the Vibration Button to cycle through the 3 intensity levels.

Since it has a rechargeable battery, you can use it cordlessly without plugging it into the wall.

The device cannot be used while being charged to prevent overheating.

It also has an automatic shut-off, so it will turn itself off after 15 to 30 minutes.
