All items are custom made and 3D printed to order. Because of this, I do not accept returns or refunds once printing has begun.

If, in a rare situation, a return is approved, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Once an order has started printing, it cannot be canceled.

Please keep in mind that these are 3D printed items, so they may be lighter than expected and can have minor variations due to the printing process.

Processing time typically ranges from 1–5 days depending on current order volume. When possible, orders may ship sooner. I always work as quickly as I can and will keep you updated if there are any delays.

Since these are made using 3D printers, occasional issues can happen (such as power outages or print errors). If a print does not meet my quality standards, I will restart it to ensure you receive the best possible item — this may add a little extra time, but guarantees quality.
