Pokémon TCG Mega Sableye & Tyranitar GX 054/094. This card is Japanese and is from The Miracle Twins Set.
This condition of this card is Near Mint+, in my opinion; I pulled this card from a pack myself, and it was immediately sleeved and placed in a top-loader.

In my experience, ‘penny sleeves’ and/or top-loaders can change the look of a card when photographed, despite angles and lighting, without flash, etc., which is why I remove them for photos. I do this just to provide a clearer image of the card.
