• An unusual companion piece to Four Tet's lauded 2005 full-length outing, EVERYTHING ECSTATIC, PARTS I & II presents a DVD of videos for each track on the former album and a CD EP. The latter disc features two reworked tunes from ECSTATIC--a considerably extended version of the glitchy "Turtle Turtle Up" and a percussive variation on "Sun Drums and Soil"--and three additional tracks, including the pulsing "Watching Wavelength" and the frenetic (and aptly titled) "This Is Six Minutes." Although this release isn't the best thing for newcomers, it's sure to please diehard fans of the revered British electronica artist.
