If you reside in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason.

How to exercise your Right of Withdrawal:
You can easily submit your cancellation request directly through the eBay platform. Go to your Purchase History or Order Details, click "Return item" next to the purchase, and select "Withdrawal from Contract" as your reason code. You may also contact us via eBay Messages, mail, or email.

Return Shipping Costs:
Buyer Responsibility: You (the buyer) must bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us.
Item Condition: You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refunds:
Upon receiving your withdrawal notice, we will refund the purchase price of the item plus the cost of our standard outbound shipping. We are not required to refund premium shipping upgrades (such as express delivery) if you chose them at checkout. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your returned item or receiving proof that you have shipped it back.

 
Warranty Policy
  In the event of a warranty issue, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The manufacturer's policy will be followed to remedy the issue for you. They may opt to repair or replace the item at their discretion.
