Vanilla Sky

Vanilla Sky is a 2001 American film, directed by Cameron Crowe. It is a remake of the Spanish film Open Your Eyes directed by Alejandro Amenábar in 1997.

Synopsis

David Aames is a young editor from New York, he meets a woman, Sofia, through his friend Brian. While they fall in love and seem to be in perfect love, David argues with Julie, his ex, while driving his car. A serious accident causes Julie's death and David finds himself disfigured. His life is completely turned upside down, Sofia avoids him and people push him away. As he tries to have his face reconstructed, contradictory events multiply.
