Shipping and Combined Shipping Policy

We began as buyers before becoming sellers, so we understand how important it is to keep costs reasonable and transparent.

When you place a bid, each item shows approximately $8 in shipping and handling, depending on your ZIP code. Of that amount, $4 is a flat packing and handling fee per item. This fee helps cover the real costs of selling and shipping on eBay, including packing materials (boxes, bubble wrap, envelopes, labels, tape), labor (pulling, packing, and labeling orders), and eBay’s fees. In addition to their percentage fee on the item price, eBay also charges fees on shipping and sales tax, along with a per-item transaction fee.

Rather than hiding these costs by inflating item prices, we choose to keep them visible as a handling fee so buyers can clearly see where the costs come from.

Combined Shipping Within the US: I can combine shipping. If you win an item and are bidding on any other of our listings, let us know that you may have a combined order. We have a three calendar day shipping window, so we can combine multiple items that are won within the following two calendar days after the first item. If you win multiple items, please click “Request total from seller” before completing payment so we can adjust the invoice accordingly. If an eBay automatic checkout occurs, we can still issue a refund after payment and shipment. Please notify us if you have purchased items separately so we can combine them.

Combined Shipping Pricing Within the US:

If you win multiple items, each item retains its $4 handling fee. However, the actual shipping label cost (typically $4.50 or more) is only charged once. Any additional label costs for combined items are refunded or not charged, meaning you pay for just one shipping label on combined orders.

Please note that for combined orders over $100, additional costs such as insurance or, in some cases, signature confirmation may apply. These costs are absorbed from the handling fee when required.
