Please carefully inspect the boat and/or title information (including any outstanding liens, storage fees, or taxes) before taking possession. You may inspect the vessel personally or through a boat mechanic, surveyor, or title company.
All boats are sold “as is” and without warranty. Once you take possession of the boat and/or title, no refunds will be issued.
However, if the boat or title is found to be inaccurately described or unavailable, your payment will be refunded in full prior to possession.
We disclose all information provided by the boat owner, who supplies all details regarding the listed item. We do not physically inspect any boats and cannot verify the owner’s representations. All statements are provided for identification purposes only and are not guaranteed.
Boats must be picked up at the buyer’s expense at the specified location.
Unless otherwise stated, trailers are not included, so please bid accordingly.
Photos, Surveys & Included Items

Any surveys or photos are provided to help estimate the boat’s general value and condition.

Condition & Bidding
All boats are used and may require repairs or restoration. Some are non-operational. Please bid accordingly.
Every auction begins at $1 bids are binding, so please finalize only after confirming all details.
If your question is not answered before the auction closes, please assume it is not part of the listing and bid accordingly.
Fees, Taxes & Documentation
The buyer is responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes, title fees, and registration costs associated with the purchase.
We charge a $499 documentation and transfer fee which covers:

Title verification with the boat owner

Payment invoicing and collection

Processing and issuance of the bill of sale
This fee will be refunded in full if you do not take possession of the boat or title due to a material misdescription or unavailability.
If the boat is relisted because it did not sell or had no bids in a previous auction, this fee may be negotiable.
Availability & Cancellations
Occasionally, a boat may become unavailable after payment due to prior sale, owner withdrawal, or lien issues.
If this occurs, your payment will be immediately refunded in full, and our liability will be limited to the total invoiced price only.
We will not reimburse any travel or incidental expenses, including gas, lodging, airfare, trailer costs, towing, or inspection fees.
Please confirm boat availability before making travel or transport arrangements.
To prevent fraudulent or fake bidding, we reserve the right to cancel bids or block users.
Payment confirmation is required within 24 hours of the auction’s close.
If payment is not received promptly, we may relist the item or offer it to another buyer.
