It feels like things are getting very dark right now. People in power are using that power to do horrific things. War, terrorism, violence, poverty, despair are everywhere.

But in dark times, you can choose to be a light. To be kind, to care, to help. To Be Good.

Millions of Americans are coming together to protest government overreach, the abuse of power, the corrupting influence of money on the political process, and the unseemly reverence towards certain governing figures. They declared: Be Good!  No Kings! Celebrate government of the people, by the people, for the people!

Be good to one another - be a good citizen, neighbor, friend, ally and human. Every day, everywhere, regular people are being good.

Don’t let your society fall into meanness and pettiness and cruelty. Fight back with words, with acts, and with love. Be good.
