I plugged it in heard light hum noise and after about 5 minutes it started to rotate and when it did rotate it was loud  I went online and saw one you tube demo on these needing to warm up especially if not run for years, which this one hasn't probably for over 35 years. Said the oil gets thick, suggests a good oiling.  I did not open it up, so It may be an easy fix, but I am selling this as is. 

This is the B20 model approx. 8" diam. white with multi color glitter. In good shape wasn't used that many years maybe 2 or 3 when parents had the aluminum tree (wish I had that still!!). Thanks for looking.
