6P23P is an output promenium tetrode of extended durability, used for operation in low-frequency stress amplification circuits and in firing units of television equipment.
- Case type: Glass, finger type (9-pin) [2].
- Glow voltage: 6.3 V [1, 3].
- Glow current: approximately 0.8 A [3].
- Maximum voltage at the anode: up to 250–300 V (depending on the mode) [1].
- Purpose: It was used mainly in linear scan cascades of old televisions, but due to its characteristics it is sometimes used by radio amateurs in homemade sound amplifiers (VLF)
