There is a name plate on the pump that I believe says 'Crescent' 'Three- ???-one pump'
Washers and Packers Well Oiled'
'Crescent Co. New York'

The pump is 22 inches tall. The handle is wood and the top and base are red cast iron.

It is currently not in working condition but could probably be restored.
