Ultra-Low Ripple Performance: Ripple noise is suppressed to the microvolt range (23μV for D2; 28μV for D2 PRO), far lower than ordinary power adapters. This helps reduce power-related interference, supporting cleaner transients, stable dynamics, and reliable operation for sensitive audio circuits.

Q: The D2 and D2-PRO have two output terminals. Can both terminals be used simultaneously at full rated current? A: No. You can connect two output devices at the same time, but the total curent drawn from both outputs must not exceed the rated output current.
Q: The DC output jacks of D2/D2-PRO are 5.5mm/2.5mm, and my device's power jack is 5.5mm/2.1mm. Are they compatible? A: Yes.
Q: Is the output voltage of the D2 / D2-PRO adjustable? A: The output voltage is typically fixed and can only be fine-tuned within a ±0.5V range. Normally no adjustment is required. If necessary, adjustment can be made via the internal potentiometer after removing the front and rear panels.
Q: If I connect two devices to the D2 or D2-PRO at the same time, will ground noise occur? A: It is possible, depending on the characteristics of the two connected devices. We cannot guarantee that ground noise will not occur. If noise is present, it is recommended to use the D2 or D2-PRO to power only one device.
Q: My device requires a 12V / 1A power supply. Can I safely use the D2-PRO (12V / 2.5A)? A: Yes. The 2.5A rating indicates the maximum available current. Your device will only draw the current it requires. Using a higher-current power supply provides better headroom and can improve stability.
Q: Why do the D2 and D2-PRO generate more heat than switching power supplies? Are they safe? A: It is normal. Linear power supplies operate at lower efficiency (about 50–80%), so more energy is converted into heat. The D2 and D2-PRO are safe when used within rated load limits. For long periods of inactivity, it is recommended to turn off the unit.
