Immediate payment is required for all orders.

All orders placed before 2PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the same business day. Orders made after 2PM (Eastern Standard Time) will be shipped the following business day. All orders in the continental 48 States will be shipped FREE of charge via UPS or USPS at our discretion. Orders outside the continental 48 States (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or International) will be required to pay a surcharge for shipping. 
 

International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.

Customer must contact Detroit Axle within 30 days of receiving shipment for approval of any return or exchange. Returns or exchanges will be subject to a 15% restocking fee of the original item purchased, plus cost of return shipping and replacement shipping. Exchanges due to shipping errors by Detroit Axle will not be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges.

We are not responsible for incompatible items due to buyer's error, and a restocking fee as well as shipping charges will be deducted from returns or exchanges. Mobile devices do not show ebay compatibility chart; therefore we recommend viewing the listings from a computer.
