• Feedback - Positive feedback is extremely important to us as we strive to bring you the best products at great prices. We take our customer's satisfaction seriously.  If there is anything we can do to make your shopping experience with us a 100% positive experience, please let us know PRIOR to leaving feedback.

Negative feedback is unnecessary due to the fact we will go above and beyond to insure our customers are pleased with their experience.

• Shipping - Your item will be processed and shipped generally within one business day from our store. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and tracking information will be provided.   Please Note - We cannot ship orders to alternate addresses, we may only ship orders to the primary address on file for your account. Sorry for the inconvenience, but this is for Buyer-Seller Protection.
• Returns  - If returns are accepted for a particular item, it must be returned within 30 days of receiving your item after sale date. Once we receive the item back, we will refund the total order amount MINUS the original shipping cost, unless the defect or issue is a fault of the stores.

New Items MUST be in original packaging (not original shipping box) with tags attached Still. New and sealed items CANNOT be returned if opened. Worn items, or items with the tags removed cannot be returned. Return postage is paid by buyer, unless we have made a mistake in your order.
