Flared legs have a side slit in them, sewn that way from factory that gives more room in bell bottom

My measurements of jeans:

Waist-35.5”

Inseam-31.5”

Front rise-13”

Back rise -18”

Leg opening/hem of jeans -10” across front with a slit in the side for more flare/room at bottom
