- In the event of a part failure we will provide a replacement item where possible within a reasonable amount of time, if this is not possible we will provide a pre-paid return label and once the item comes back to us we will refund the order in full.

- If the the incorrect item has been purchased it can be returned for a refund within 30 days starting from the delivery date. In this case the return shipping fees will have to be covered by the customer, but we cover the original postage cost.

- All parts returned must be in the same condition as supplied and must not be tampered with or dismantled other than the replacement of standard serviceable parts or components.

- We accept no responsibility for any labour costs, charges involved with fitting, removal or changing of parts supplied or any other fee incurred if the part is proven to be faulty or incorrect. Any parts damaged through incorrect fitting will also void any warranty, all parts should be fitted with the correct equipment, by a qualified mechanic and with a VAT invoice as proof of work carried out.
