UK ORDERS

• Orders are shipped within 3 working days on receipt of payment
• Unless requested all shipment are shipped Royal Mail Standard
• From despatch, please allow upto 3-5 working days for delivery
• You will receive a notification when your order has despatched
• Please check with your postman if you do not receive your item.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

• Delivery charges are set for all international orders
• We use Royal Mail for our international deliveries
• From despatch, please allow 15 working days for delivery
• Customs authorities in your country may charge you import duty
• The buyer is responsible for paying import costs
• Import costs vary from country to country

RETURNS

We hope you are delighted with your purchase; however we will accept returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order, should you wish for a refund. Please ensure the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached. Ensure that briefs are tried on over your own lingerie - we will not accept returns on lingerie that has been damaged or worn. We cannot accept returns on opened packs of hosiery.

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt to allow for inspection, to the original payment method. We cannot facilitate refunds to a third party. You will receive an Ebay notification once your order has been refunded.
