These remotes are all brand new, but do not come in the original manufacturer's packaging. They were a bulk order and these are the remotes left over that were never used before the Polycom conference system was switched out.

They have been confirmed to work with the VSX 7000, 6000, and 5000 series. They may work for others, but I can't confirm they will. Check with your manufacturer's specs.

Again, these are brand new and have never had batteries installed. They will come in the original bubble wrap sleeve.
