This is a unique find! Martindale Protective Mask #2 heavy weight refill box. Box is very full but was opened. Top mask refill is dirty but ones under are much cleaner. Box shows it’s age. I’m not sure if there are still 25 in the box or slightly less since it’s open but very full. Please view all photos carefully for complete content and condition.
