From what I have been able to find, the chain and clasp are a vintage or antique pocket watch clip. The stirrup shoe charm is also vintage. I'm not sure if they belong together, or not, but they are connected. They are incredibly neat! The pocket chain clasp is marked, I can make out a 008 in a rectangular box, but not the rest.
