Good cassette, Shimano compatible. First, look past the dirt at the teeth. This cassette was only used long enough to get dirty. Also, look at the back. There is only one screw holding it together. Judging by the size of the other 2 holes, I don't think there were screws in those holes. Of course, when you mount it and tighten the lock ring, it will stay together properly.
