Vintage 1970's ERTL Ford 4600 Blue Farm Tractor - 1:16 - READ DESCRIPTION

There is paint loss/chipping/rust and a good amount of dust/dirt.  The smokestack is missing.  Part of the plastic fender is missing/broken.  The steering wheel moves, but doesn't control the wheels.  Please see pictures for condition and email with any questions.
