About this product
The HKS SUPER SQV (Sequential Blow-Off Valve) employs a unique sequential valve structure. Its differential pressure control system achieves precise pressure control across a wide operating range, from low boost to high boost. Furthermore, its relief-less operation ensures stable response regardless of pressure, supporting all turbocharged vehicles in a new dimension.
1. High-quality aluminum die-cast body
Features an aluminum die-cast body with silver coating. It combines an overwhelming presence in the engine room with durability.
2. High-rigidity metal die-cast valve
Metal die-cast parts are used for the main secondary valve. In addition to reliable operation, it has also evolved in terms of aesthetics.
3. Super Sound Produced by Triple Fins
Triple fins set in the center of the funnel produce a loud, high-frequency sound. They produce a crisp, powerful blow-off sound. Special fins are also available as optional parts for sound tuning.
Dual Valve Structure/Sequential System
The sequential system with a dual valve structure opens the primary valve at low boost pressure and the secondary valve at high boost pressure, providing a linear response and optimal blow-off effect across a wide range.
Relief-type operation system compatible with a wide range of vehicles, from stock to tuned
Conventional valve operation systems require the spring set load to be adjusted according to the vehicle specifications. With this operation system, in vehicles with high boost pressure, if the set load is weak, the boost pressure will be relieved at high boost pressure and will not reach the set boost pressure. Conversely, a strong spring load prevents relief at high boost pressures but fails to activate at low boost pressures.
However, the SUPER SQV employs a relief-free type operating mechanism unaffected by vehicle specifications, ensuring stable operation from low to high boost pressures.
As this is a model-specific kit, the parts surrounding the SQV installation are included as standard.
This kit allows for easy installation of the SQV4.
Triple fins and replaceable return nipples are included as standard in the model-specific kit.
