Shipping Pickup
- We ship using FedEx for Domestic (U.S.) Orders. International Orders are processed through the eBay Global Shipping Program.
- Please allow UP TO THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS for your item to leave our facility after payment has cleared.
- A Business Day is defined as the days of the week between Monday and Friday and EXCLUDES the days of Saturday and Sunday.
- A Business Day EXCLUDES any Federal (United States) Recognized Holidays (Examples: Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, etc.)
- For example, an item purchased on Friday may take up until the following Wednesday to ship out.
- We strive to answer all inquiries, however inquiries regarding "Why hasn't ___ shipped?" that are not labeled as Overdue (meaning items that have exceeded the "within three business days” expectation set on each order) will not be prioritized.
