The 30-Day Guarantee

You have 30 days from the day of delivery to return an item. To qualify for a full refund, parts must be returned exactly as they were sent:

* Unused and uninstalled.

* Clean (no grease, oil, or tool marks).

* In the original packaging.

Fitment: Check Before You Buy

* Confirming Parts: Compatibility is the buyer’s responsibility. To avoid disappointment, please verify your OEM part number or send us your VIN/Reg via eBay message. We’re happy to double-check for you.

* Incorrectly Ordered: If you’ve changed your mind or ordered the wrong part, we are happy to take it back, but the buyer must cover the return postage costs.

Faulty or Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged or isn't working as it should, let us know right away. We will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a full refund or a replacement (depending on our current stock).

Condition Deductions

We are a professional breaker. If a part is returned in a diminished state such as being damaged during a DIY fitment attempt or missing components Bolton Breakers reserves the right to deduct up to 50% from the refund amount.

The Return Process

1. Locate the item in your eBay Purchase History.

2. Click "Return this item" to start the official process.

3. Important: Please include your invoice or a note with your eBay ID inside the box. This helps our warehouse team identify your return and pay you faster.

All warranty periods start on the invoice date of purchase and finish at the end of the period specified depending on the type of unit ( engine or any other part ) purchased as stated on the invoice.

All warranties are non transferable, the warranty is available only to the original purchaser of the unit.

For engines the warranty covers the engine block, cylinder head and all internal components. The warranty does not cover the water pump, diesel pump, timing components or any other components that happen to be affixed to the unit and those are not the subject of the sale ( ancillary equipment ).

The Warranty covers any mechanical faults of the unit supplied if a fault should occur as a result of components failure - the mechanical fault.

The Warranty does not cover claims for any loss and damage including any consequential loss or damage and the Company shall not be held responsible for any, from whatever reason arising, whether claimed under the warranty or not.

Bolton Breakers shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage ( which may include loss of earnings, vehicle hire, inconvenience, installation charges ) which may be caused by the purchased unit ( engine or any other part ) or any delay with delivery.

The Warranty does not cover claims where damage is caused by: negligence, lack of adequate care, lack of service, bad installation. It is the Client responsibility and best interest to appoint professionally skilled trade specialist to carry on installation job of any purchased components.

The Engine Warranty does not cover claims where damage is caused by timing related problems ( for engines with timing belt, timing chain or gears ). Every claim of that nature will be rejected and warranty VOID. The Warranty covers the engine block and cylinder head assembly only.

DELIVERY IS AN ECONOMY 2-5 DAY SERVICE TO THE UK MAINLAND ONLY AND EXCLUDES THE SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS.

ANY SALES AFTER 12PM ON FRIDAYS WILL BE SENT ON THE NEXT WORKING DAY (MONDAY UNLESS BANK HOLIDAYS ).

ALL OUR POSTAL SERVICES ARE MAINLAND UK ONLY SOME PARTS OF SCOTLAND (HIGHLANDS) NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN IRELAND & ANY ISLES WILL INCUR FURTHER CHARGES PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE PURCHASE IF THIS IS THE CASE.

WHILST WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE PARTS AS DESCRIBED SOMETIMES ISSUES HAPPEN WITH THE COURIER SERVICES THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL. IF A PARCEL IS SIGNED FOR BY THE RECEIVER AND THEN DEEMED FAULTY OUR INSURANCE ON THE ITEM IS THEN VOID SO PLEASE EXAMINE PARCELS WELL BEFORE SIGNING.

WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ALTHOUGH BUYERS CAN PURCHASE THROUGH EBAYS GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM THE EXTRA COST OF USING THIS SERVICE IS THE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY.

PARTS CAN BE COLLECTED ONLY AFTER BOUGHT VIA EBAY WE CAN'T GIVE ANY ADDRESS OR CONTACT DETAILS UNLESS ITEMS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED VIA "BUY IT NOW" ON EBAY SO PLEASE DON'T ASK.

IN CASES OF FAULTY PARTS RETURNS ARE FREE ( WE WILL COVER RETURN POSTAGE ) IF A CUSTOMER HAS ORDERED INCORRECTLY OR CHANGED THERE MIND THE RETURN POSTAGE IS THERE RESPONSIBILITY .

WE STRIVE TO DESCRIBE ALL PARTS AS ACCURATELY AS POSSIBLE AND PART NUMBERS WILL BE PROVIDED WHENEVER POSSIBLE IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THESE ARE MATCHING THERE OWN PARTS.
