Pages are in good condition with no tears or highlighting that I can see.  but I did see 2 pages have some underlining.

Pages have some discoloration due to age. And page 62 and 63 have bleed, though, from something being between them for a long time, but you can read the text with no problem

The front blank page is partially separated on the top part of the page

Can see the binder cords on the inside front and back covers

It is a great book for references

This is the famous book that states that Pastor Russell was the messenger of the church of laodicea. He was the faithful and discreet slave.

Also states: Nowhere in the New Testament is Patriotism  (a narrow- minded hatred of other peoples) encouraged.  Page 247

I believe that this statement was eventually removed in later editions
